Since I've come back to Japan, my allergies in the spring have gotten worse and worse, to the point that I can't function without medication. I always wondered what happened to me since I never had a problem like this in the spring growing up. Now I know (what 100 + million Japanese and others already knew), the tree who's pollen I (and 15% of all Japanese) are allergic to is a species indigenous to Japan.
色々と重要な知識が抜けている私ですが、今日ついに知ったこと(以前から聞いているが追求しなかった)。なぜ、ここ10年春になると花粉症がひどくて困っている理由が、ついに明らかになった。スギ花粉症のスギって日本以外はあまり無くて、日本は特に多いんだね。だから、日本帰ってきたらつらくなっていたんだ。納得とともに寂しい。
